เกม Jianghu Arena (ยุทธภพ) ("เกม") ให้บริการโดย ทุกจอไทย (Tookjorthai) ("เรา") นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลใดเมื่อคุณเล่นเกมที่ jianghu-arena.com หรือในแอปของเรา เราใช้ข้อมูลอย่างไร และคุณมีสิทธิ์อะไรบ้าง ติดต่อเราได้ที่ support@tookjorthai.com
1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ
- ข้อมูลการเข้าสู่ระบบ — เมื่อคุณเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google, Facebook หรือ Steam เราได้รับรหัสบัญชีจากบริการนั้น และหากคุณอนุญาต จะได้รับชื่อ อีเมล และรูปโปรไฟล์ด้วย เราขอเฉพาะโปรไฟล์พื้นฐานและอีเมลเท่านั้น ไม่ขอรายชื่อผู้ติดต่อ โพสต์ รายชื่อเพื่อน หรือรหัสผ่านของคุณ หากคุณสมัครด้วยอีเมล เราเก็บอีเมล ชื่อผู้เล่นที่คุณตั้ง และรหัสผ่านในรูปแบบแฮชที่ย้อนกลับไม่ได้ ส่วนรหัสยืนยันที่ส่งทางอีเมลจะเก็บเป็นแฮชเท่านั้น บัญชี Guest ไม่มีข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
- ข้อมูลในเกม — ชื่อผู้เล่น ความคืบหน้า ไอเท็มและสกุลเงินในเกม จ้าวยุทธ์ ผลการแข่งขัน อันดับ ความคืบหน้าซีซั่น จดหมายในเกม และคะแนนมินิเกม
- ข้อมูลด้านความปลอดภัยและทางเทคนิค — สำหรับแต่ละเซสชันที่เข้าสู่ระบบ เราบันทึกที่อยู่ IP และข้อมูลเบราว์เซอร์/อุปกรณ์ (user agent) และเก็บโทเคนเซสชันในรูปแบบแฮช เราบันทึกการเข้าสู่ระบบที่ล้มเหลวเพื่อป้องกันการเดารหัสผ่าน
- เหตุการณ์ในเกม — เกมส่งบันทึกเหตุการณ์ในเกมขนาดเล็ก (เช่น ผลมินิเกม) ที่ผูกกับบัญชีของคุณ เพื่อใช้แก้ปัญหาและปรับสมดุลเกม
- บนอุปกรณ์ของคุณ — เกมเก็บเซสชันการเข้าสู่ระบบและการตั้งค่าไว้ในพื้นที่จัดเก็บของเบราว์เซอร์หรืออุปกรณ์ เพื่อให้คุณไม่ต้องเข้าสู่ระบบใหม่ทุกครั้ง เราไม่ใช้คุกกี้โฆษณาหรือคุกกี้ติดตามของบุคคลที่สาม

2. เราใช้ข้อมูลอย่างไร

3. สิ่งที่ผู้เล่นคนอื่นเห็น
ผู้เล่นคนอื่นจะเห็นชื่อผู้เล่น รูปโปรไฟล์/อวาตาร์ และอันดับของคุณในการแข่งขันและบนกระดานผู้นำ
4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล
เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ และไม่แบ่งปันเพื่อการโฆษณา เราใช้ผู้ให้บริการในการดำเนินเกม ได้แก่ Cloudflare (โฮสต์เว็บไซต์และเครือข่าย) และผู้ให้บริการเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเรา ซึ่งประมวลผลข้อมูลในนามของเราเท่านั้น บริการเข้าสู่ระบบที่คุณเลือก (Google, Meta/Facebook, Valve/Steam) จะได้รับเฉพาะข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อการเข้าสู่ระบบ เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด
5. ระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูล
เราเก็บข้อมูลบัญชีไว้ตราบที่บัญชียังมีอยู่ บันทึกเซสชันจะหมดอายุพร้อมเซสชัน (ไม่เกิน 7 วันหลังการใช้งานครั้งล่าสุด) เมื่อคุณลบบัญชี เราจะลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลภายใน 30 วัน เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดให้ต้องเก็บไว้
6. สิทธิของคุณ
ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) คุณมีสิทธิ์ขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ หรือขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลของคุณ คัดค้านหรือขอให้ระงับการประมวลผล และถอนความยินยอม โดยติดต่อ support@tookjorthai.com และคุณมีสิทธิ์ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) หากต้องการลบบัญชี ดูที่หน้า การลบข้อมูล
7. เด็ก
เกมไม่ได้มุ่งให้บริการแก่เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี หากเราพบว่าได้เก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปีโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง เราจะลบข้อมูลนั้น
8. การประมวลผลนอกประเทศไทย
ผู้ให้บริการของเราอาจประมวลผลข้อมูลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์นอกประเทศไทย โดยอาศัยมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยและข้อตกลงคุ้มครองข้อมูลของผู้ให้บริการเหล่านั้น
9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
หากเราเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายนี้ เราจะปรับปรุงหน้านี้และวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้
Privacy Policy
Jianghu Arena ("the game") is operated by Tookjorthai (ทุกจอไทย) ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you play the game at jianghu-arena.com or in our apps, how we use it, and the choices you have. Contact us at support@tookjorthai.com.
1. Data we collect
- Sign-in data. When you sign in with Google, Facebook or Steam we receive an account identifier from that service and, where you allow it, your name, email address and profile picture. We request only your basic profile and email — never your contacts, posts, friends or passwords. If you register with email, we store your email, the player name you choose and your password as a one-way hash; the one-time codes we email you are stored only as hashes. A guest account holds no personal details.
- Game data. Your player name, progress, in-game items and currency, heroes, match results, rank, season progress, in-game mail and mini-game scores.
- Security and technical data. For each signed-in session we record the IP address and browser/device user agent, and keep hashed session tokens. We record failed sign-in attempts to stop password guessing.
- Gameplay events. The game sends a small log of in-game events (for example, a mini-game result) tied to your account, which we use to fix problems and balance the game.
- On your device. The game keeps your sign-in session and settings in your browser's or device's storage so you stay signed in. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We do not collect payment card details.
2. How we use it
To create and secure your account and sign you in; save your progress and deliver items; run matchmaking, rankings and leaderboards; answer support requests; detect cheating, abuse and security problems; and understand and improve the game.
3. What other players see
Other players can see your player name, profile picture/avatar and rank in matches and on leaderboards.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for advertising. We use service providers to run the game — Cloudflare (website hosting and network) and our server hosting — who process data only on our behalf. The sign-in service you choose (Google, Meta/Facebook, Valve/Steam) receives only what it needs to sign you in. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
5. Retention
We keep your account data while your account exists. Session records expire with the session (at most 7 days after last use). When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
6. Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent — email support@tookjorthai.com. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). To delete your account, see Data deletion.
7. Children
The game is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal data from a child under 13 without a parent's consent, we will delete it.
8. Processing outside Thailand
Our providers may process data on servers outside Thailand, relying on their security measures and data-protection agreements.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
