คุณขอลบบัญชี Jianghu Arena และข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทั้งหมดที่ผูกกับบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อ
วิธีขอลบข้อมูล
- ส่งอีเมลถึง support@tookjorthai.com หัวข้อ "Delete my Jianghu Arena account"
- ส่งจากอีเมลที่ผูกกับบัญชี หรือแจ้งชื่อผู้เล่นและช่องทางที่ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบ (Google, Facebook, Steam, อีเมล หรือ Guest)
- เราจะยืนยันคำขอ ลบข้อมูลภายใน 30 วัน และแจ้งกลับเมื่อดำเนินการเสร็จ
ข้อมูลที่จะถูกลบ

User Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete your Jianghu Arena account and all personal data linked to it at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email support@tookjorthai.com with the subject "Delete my Jianghu Arena account".
- Send it from the email address linked to your account, or include your player name and the sign-in method you use (Google, Facebook, Steam, email or guest).
- We will confirm the request, delete your data within 30 days, and reply when it is done.
What we delete
Your account and its linked sign-ins, player name, progress, items, in-game currency, match history, in-game mail, sessions and gameplay event logs. We keep data only where the law requires it.
Signed in with Facebook
You can remove Jianghu Arena's access at any time: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Jianghu Arena → Remove. This stops Facebook from sharing new data with us; to delete the data we already hold, send the request above.
Signed in with Google
Remove access at myaccount.google.com/connections → Jianghu Arena.
